Moin Syed, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota will be speaking at the symposium on Data, Rigor, and Reproducibility in Light of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion hosted by the College of Liberal Arts and Minnesota Center Philosophy of Science. The symposium will take place on December 3rd from 9 am to 4 pm in Coffman Memorial Union Theater as well as online. The focus of this event will be on diversity, equity, and inclusion in data to explore the many dimensions of reproducibility in scientific research. Syed’s talk is titled, “Reproducibility, Diversity, and the Crisis of Inference in Psychology.”.
