Robiner Receives Distinguished Educator in Clinical Psychology Award

Congratulations William Robiner, PhD, ABPP for being awarded the Toy Caldwell-Colbert Award for Distinguished Educator in Clinical Psychology by APA’s Society of Clinical Psychology, Division 12! Robiner received his award for his excellence in mentoring including at the Medical School’s Psychology Internship as well as UMN Psychology's Clinical Science and Psychopathology Research (CSPR) students through the internship application process. As part of his mentorship, he leads a meeting every fall with the CSPR and Counseling students where he shares ideas for organizing their application experience and encourages gives encouragement to students.

Robiner is an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota in the CSPR program and is a Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Medical School where he is Director of Health Psychology and Director of the Psychology Internship. Was nominated for this award by Barry Hong, PhD, ABPP from the Department of Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine.
