Lee Discusses Psychology and Racism in Podcast

In the recent episode of the podcast But Really, How are you? Richard Lee, PhD, professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota, discussed psychology and racism. 

Lee talks about a wide range of topics, including how parents can talk with their children about ethnic and racial issues, equipping children with the vocabulary to express feelings around racism and discrimination, and how Whites who are in a position of power can support minority communities. Lee also discusses his latest study, the COVID-19 Wellness Survey, which examines how the university community, particularly faculty, staff, and students of color, is experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic
